Information

Cookie Notice

A plain-English summary of how MailOps uses cookies and browser storage.

Application cookies

MailOps does not currently set application cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to measure aggregate website usage and performance, but does not use analytics cookies or browser storage. MailOps does not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.

Browser storage used

MailOps currently uses browser storage for two practical features:

  • Theme preference for light, dark, or system mode.
  • Recent lookups stored locally in your browser.

Recent Lookups stay on your device and are not saved to a MailOps database.

Service providers

Hosting, content-delivery, DNS, and other service providers may process technical request information independently of MailOps application cookies. Their own services and privacy notices may apply.

Analytics and advertising

MailOps uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and performance. Cloudflare's analytics beacon does not use cookies or browser storage. Analytics are used to improve MailOps and are not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.

How to clear stored data

You can remove individual recent-history entries or clear the whole recent-history list from the homepage panel. To remove all MailOps browser-stored data, including the theme preference, clear the site data in your browser.

Consent

MailOps does not currently display a cookie consent banner because it does not use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without analytics cookies or browser storage. We will update this notice and our consent approach if our use of cookies, browser storage, or analytics changes.
