Beta use
MailOps is currently in beta. It provides email DNS and header analysis tools for interactive troubleshooting, including checks of individual domains, selectors, and email headers as part of a normal diagnostic workflow.
Current limits
- MailOps tools are intended for reasonable interactive diagnostic use by administrators and technical teams.
- Automated, scripted, bulk, or excessive querying is not permitted unless MailOps provides it as a supported feature.
- Requests may be temporarily rate limited to protect the service and upstream DNS infrastructure.
- Results reflect information available at the time of the lookup and can be affected by DNS propagation, caching, network conditions, and third-party systems.
- Results are diagnostic guidance, not a guarantee of email delivery or configuration.
- Service availability is not guaranteed during beta.
- Only inspect domains, systems, and information that you are authorised to inspect.
Diagnostic guidance
MailOps does not change your DNS or email configuration. Review and verify results before making production changes, especially when DNS records affect mail delivery or authentication.
