Exchange Online

Sending Permissions

Build a reviewable command for Send As or Send on Behalf without connecting MailOps to your tenant.

Commands are generated locally in your browser. MailOps does not execute them or connect to your Microsoft 365 tenant.

Use the mailbox's primary SMTP address or UPN.

Send As makes a message appear to be sent by the mailbox. Send on Behalf identifies the delegate in the From line. Neither permission grants mailbox access.

Requirements and scope

Run generated commands only after reviewing them in the context of your tenant.

Requires the ExchangeOnlineManagement module and an authenticated Exchange Online session with suitable RBAC permissions.

Send As and Send on Behalf affect how messages are sent. Neither permission grants access to open the mailbox.

Connect to Exchange Online

If you are not already connected, authenticate to Exchange Online before running the generated command.
